The BTC-40 Ball Turret Camera features a rigid and ultra light composite chassis coupled with a high resolution color camera with field changeable lenses. The small size (40 mm ball) and very light weight (total of 65 grams) allows use of the camera in small electric UAVs. The low light version of the BTC-40 is now available with a Sony black and white EX-View high-resolution (600 TV lines) with an ultra low 0.0003 Lux rating

The BTC-40 R incorporates a locking retraction mechanism for the ultimate in payload protection and streamlined cruise. The optional doors function as skid plates and are articulated on high impact mounts.

The BTC-88 ultra light composite tilt and pan mechanism uses the Sony FCB-IX block camera. This camera sensor is widely used because of its excellent picture quality, versatility, reliability and of course the 10:1 optical zoom. With a total installed weight of just 7 oz. the BTC-88 can fit in weight restraints of small electric vehicles.

The BTC-101 unit is configured as a  full sphere with a brushed slot. Tilt travel can be significantly in excess of 90 degrees which can be very useful for vehicles requiring upward vision in addition to the standard hemispherical viewing area.  The 101mm gimbal is also available with a Sony daylight zoom camera or FLIR Tau 640.

The BTC-195 is the first fully stabilized unit that has the Procerus K3 autopilot integrated into its control suite. The ultra smooth drive motors are both precise and powerful. A high definition EO and two high resolution IR sensors give outstanding visual feedback no matter what the aerial platform is employed.
