UAV Engineering Services

• Rapid Prototyping -  Concept generation to full production services are available. In addition to plastic, wood, laminate, metal fabrication, and electronic assembly facilities, we have on site composite fabrication and CNC tooling machinery that includes 4 axis machining, CNC hot wire and precision turning equipment. We take novel approaches and derive our composite and  electro-mechanical skills from a variety of disciplines.
• Specialized payload engineering - Including active/passive payload stabilization, payload retraction mechanisms, ram air generators, custom vibration mounts and specialized electro-optical installations.
• UGV Concepts - Our experience includes one wheeled, three wheeled, four wheeled, six wheeled, and twelve wheeled vehicles. Of particular note is our "half wheel " concept vehicle that provides significant advantages in surface locomotion. Prior vehicles using our patented system include the "Hellbender" produced for Intelligent Automation, Inc.
• Out of the Box solutions - We work to minimize part counts and tend toward the "simplicate and add lightness" school of design.
• Airframe engineering and production - Complete ready to fly vehicles engineered to meet the flight envelope and operational constraints specified.
• Production engineering - Depending on the number of parts or vehicles required, we engineer the production stations and sequences to use the materials and methods consistent with the rate desired. Examples include the Swarm airframe that is designed to be manufactured entirely by CNC methods to include parts bonding,  i.e. "an airplane machine."
• Special Projects - Contact us for specialized solutions to your problem.
• Operator Training available - On site manufacturing of camera and vehicle systems allows for immediate set up/installation help and advice.  On site training for our payloads in your vehicles is also available.  Advanced training and demo facility  is available thru UAV Pro for complete operator instruction, including piloting skills, camera set up, downlinks and autopilot  operation.

• Beta Ball Turret Cameras have been test flown by Emmen Aerospace on the Swiper,  Cyber Defense “CyberBug” and important GPS aiming development work has been successfully demonstrated on the "Unicorn" by Procerus Technologies.
