TigerShark UAV Airframe |
The TigerShark CNC laminate plywood fuselage features
large thermoplastic hatches and cowls for access to the entire payload
area. The mass production technology gained from the Scythe project was
applied to the flying surfaces of the Tiger Shark airframe. The inner
honeycomb
thermoplastic structure features molded in place raceways, precise spar
locations and tight tolerances with repeatable quality. Many of these vehicles could be produced very quickly.
